Police are investigating how thugs broke into the office of Roads and Transport Principal Secretary Eng. Joseph Njoroge over the weekend and stole without guards noticing it.
They stole money, documents and other valuables in a safe at his office on the 10th floor of Public Works Building at Community area, Nairobi.
They also proceeded to the office of the Chief Financial Officer on the 11th floor and ransacked it.
It appeared those behind it were specific on items they were after.
