As parents of pupils killed in a deadly fire at Hillside Endarasha Academy continues in identification process, president William Ruto has promised to help.
Ruto while speaking in Nyeri yesterday said he will give Sh2 million to the school owner David Kinyua to buy items destroyed by fire on September 6.
“I will send you again there with Ksh.2 million you buy items for those whose items were burnt so that our children go back to school,” Ruto told Kieni MP Njoroge Wainaina.
He promised once investigation is concluded he will meet the school owner David Kinyua to discuss how rebuild the school.

About 21 pupils died when a fire started in one of the dormitories.
The government he said will facilitate the burial.
Nineteen boys were burnt beyond recognition while two succumbed while undergoing treatment in hospital.
Parents of the 19 are yet to identify the charred bodies. But autopsies are being carried out at Naromoru Level 4 Hospital to assist with identification.
