Afraha Volleyball Club.

Afraha Volleyball Club, a renowned symbol of volleyball excellence in Nakuru, showcased remarkable skill at the recently concluded Kipchumba Karori International Tournament in Eldoret, which attracted over 170 teams from across the country.

The club’s focus on nurturing top-tier talent has led to the rise of notable players like Mike (Forest Rangers), Ayuen (KPA), and Njiris (Chema Steel), who are now thriving in national leagues.

Afraha secured third place in the tournament, defeating Nyeri United 3-1 in the play-offs.

Led by Team Manager Francis Kimani, the club is now setting its sights on future ambitions, including the formation of a Division One or Division Two team to represent Nakuru.

With its continued commitment to developing talent, Afraha Volleyball Club is poised to raise Nakuru’s profile on the national volleyball scene and inspire the next generation of athletes.
