One of the three young men who were allegedly abducted in Mlolongo last December has been found dead.
The body of Justus Mutumwa was positively identified at the Nairobi Funeral Home, formerly known as City Mortuary.
Mutumwa, along with Martin Mwau and Karani Muema, went missing on December 16, 2024 and for over a month, the fate of the three men remained unknown.
Mutumwa’s family was notified that his body had been collected from Ruai and transported to the Nairobi Funeral Home on December 18th—just two days after his disappearance.
This discovery comes amid ongoing denials by high-ranking police officials about the whereabouts of the three men.

Despite multiple court summons on the matter, Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja and Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Mohammed Amin appeared in court on Thursday, where they denied having any information about the missing men.
Amin told the court that the investigation into the case was still ongoing.
