The search for an old woman and her two grandchildren who went missing on Tuesday from Thika, Kiambu county has come to an end well.
Eunice Wairimu 55 who is reportedly depressed was left with the two special cases children Mary Wambui, 13 and Samuel Njoroge 4, at their house in Kimuchu area of Kiganjo, Thika.
In the evening, they were nowhere to be seen. Their mother-Wairimu’s daughter-reported the matter to the police and also sought help on social media.
The three were found by good Samaritans stranded in Nakuru town, about 170 kilometres away.
They have since been reunited with their family but it is unclear how they travelled to Nakuru.
