Meru High Court has saved, albeit temporary, the area Governor Kawira Mwangaza from the fourth impeachment by the MCAs.
She is however not yet out of the woods as Justice Linus Phogon Kassan will issue directions on the matter on Monday.
The court made the temporary adjournment after the governor went to court to stop the impeachment motion saying it was driven by malice from her political rivals.
The other impeachments failed after Senate rescued her.
