Award-winning rapper Henry Ohanga, widely known by his stage name Octopizzo, has added real estate to his growing portfolio of ventures.
The Noma Ni hitmaker recently revealed that he is developing an apartment complex in Nairobi’s upscale Kileleshwa neighbourhood.
In a social media post, Octopizzo gave fans a glimpse of the multi-storey building currently under construction.
The photos showed the structure well underway, with several floors already completed.
He captioned the post, “Brick game, real estate, the don,” signaling his increasing involvement in the property market.
With this move, Octopizzo joins a growing list of Kenyan entertainers turning to real estate.
Fellow rapper Khaligraph Jones recently completed a lavish mansion estimated to be worth over Sh100 million, while comedian Njugush is also among those who’ve invested millions in building homes.
