The Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK) has issued a stern warning to individuals and organizations engaged in the illegal encroachment of its property.

In a recent statement, the Corporation emphasized that it has reported all instances of encroachment to the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Lands, County Governments, and law enforcement agencies.

“Posta Kenya takes this opportunity to warn any individuals or entities involved in encroaching on the Corporation’s properties. All illegal encroachments have been reported to the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Lands, County Governments, and law enforcement agencies,” the statement read.

PCK further stated that legal action will be taken against anyone found unlawfully occupying, developing, or attempting to acquire any part of its land.

“Appropriate legal action will be taken against any person(s) found to be encroaching, developing, or attempting to acquire any part of PCK’s properties unlawfully,” the statement continued.

The state-owned organization has also called on all individuals or entities to immediately cease any unauthorized occupation of its land.
