Enraged Nairobi MCAs stage a protest outside the office of Controller of Budget (COB), Margaret Nyakang’o, following delay in disbursement of funds.
Earlier, the MCAs had stormed Governor Johnson Sakaja’s office, demanding the release of bursary funds, but he directed them to the COB’s office.
