The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has summoned five leaders from Tana River County led by Woman Rep Amina Dika for questioning over inciteful utterances.

NCIC said they were summoned to assist in further investigations regarding ethnic contempt that is considered detrimental to the peaceful coexistence of Kitui and Tana River communities.

The Woman rep Dika and Hiribae are alleged to have adversely incited the residents of Galole Constituency in Tana River County to destroy Konakaliti Police Station in Kitui South.

MCA Farah is alleged to have incited the residents of the Katumba area in Kitui County against the construction of a Police Station in the area.
