After former Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria lamented how his successor has not called him weeks after the reshuffle, Justin Muturi has reached him out.
Kuria was the Public Service Cs before he was dropped in the changes that saw then Attorney General Muturi moved to this ministry.
Kuria on a TV interview revealed how his Muturi has kept off him like a leper yet he was willing to officially handover to him.
Muturi after he took office After the handover pledged his commitment to enhancing the efficiency and accountability of public service delivery in the country.
He announced plans for a socio-economic audit aimed at assessing the quality of services provided to Kenyans and evaluating the overall performance of the country’s public service.
“There will be a need for us to keep reviewing the services that we give to the public, so let no one see it as if it’s targeting them or the office they hold,” Muturi said.
Kuria advised Muturi that the ministry runs the government.
“It must be run in a manner that ensures all the one million public servants deliver to Kenyans.” He told Muturi.
